EVDealer Group Pty Ltd Terms & Conditions - $2000 Your Way Campaign

These terms and conditions are in addition to the BYD Australia Terms & Conditions, which can be found at the end of this document.

General Conditions

• All bundle packs will appear on the customer invoice as a $0 charge,
• Bundle packs are fixed and cannot be swapped or substituted with other items.
• Additional items outside the bundle will be charged at full recommended retail price (RRP).
• Not all accessories may be available at the time of vehicle delivery. Some items may require separate booking and fitting at a later date.
• If any item within a bundle is cancelled or removed, the refund will be adjusted to exclude the $2,000 promotional credit.

Accessory Credit

• The $2,000 accessory credit must be used in full in a single transaction.
• If the customer selects accessories totalling less than $2,000, the remaining balance is forfeited. No partial refunds or discounts will be provided.

BYD Automotive Full Terms and Conditions - $2000 Your Way Campaign

Offer Validity

• Vehicles must be ordered between 1 September 2025 – 30 September 2025 and delivered by 31 October 2025.
• The "$2,000 Your Way" offer is valid exclusively on new BYD Shark 6 and BYD Sealion 7 vehicles.

Offer

• Customers will receive a $2,000 credit to be applied towards approved products and services, which includes:
• Car Care
• Accessories
• Merchandise
• The $2,000 credit must be redeemed at the time of vehicle order and cannot be:
• Exchanged for cash
• Used as a discount on vehicle price
• Deferred for future use
• This offer is in addition to the current national driveaway price campaign on BYD Shark 6.
• The range of approved products and services available for redemption may vary between participating dealerships. Dealers can provide details on what is available at their location.
• Product and services availability is subject to dealer and manufacturer discretion, and the full selection may not be available at all participating dealerships.

Eligibility

• This offer is available exclusively to customers who:
• Order an eligible vehicle within the campaign period
• Take delivery by 31 October 2025
• The following are excluded:
• Demonstrator vehicle, Fleet, government, or rental purchases

General Conditions

• BYD Automotive will make reasonable efforts to facilitate delivery by 31 October 2025, but cannot guarantee delivery due to factors outside its control (e.g., shipping delays, supply chain issues).
• If a vehicle order is placed within the campaign period but cannot be delivered by the specified date due to reasons beyond BYD’s control, eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, including allowances for delays caused by accessory fitment or aftermarket product availability.
• Offers may be used in conjunction with the current national driveaway price campaign on BYD Shark 6 only
• BYD Automotive reserves the right to amend or extend these terms and conditions in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
• BYD Automotive reserves the right to change, modify, or withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.
