Please keep this password handy and secure as you will need this each time you access your customer portal. You can access your customer portal here My Account.

If you have placed an order and wish to make changes to your details, you can use the My Account function on our website bydautomotive.com.au. Enter your order number and email address to update your address and customer order details via the self-service menu option. For changes to colours or variants, please contact our BYD Care Centre.

From 1 December 2024, BYD will introduce Digicall as its new roadside assistance partner.

For Vehicles Delivered On or After 1 December 2024:

  • 12 months of complimentary roadside assistance from the delivery date.

For Vehicles Delivered Before 1 December 2024:

  • Existing 12-month complimentary roadside assistance remains active.

For Extended Roadside Assistance Contracts:

  • Existing contracts remain unaffected and fully honoured.

You do not need to do anything; our team will contact you in the weeks leading up to your car's arrival and assist you. Your estimated time of delivery is found in your customer portal. You won't hear from our team until your car is on it's way to Australia.

Any changes to estimated delivery times will be updated in your customer portal found here.

Our team will contact you in the weeks leading up to your vehicle's arrival. At this time, they will assist you with personalised registration requests along with any queries you have related to on-road costs.

Your $1,000 order fee is fully refundable. We can refund you at any time before contracts are signed and your ordered vehicle arrives in Australia.

Trade-in will be available through our partnership with easyauto123. You may discuss this option with our team members when they contact you in the weeks leading up to your vehicle's arrival.

BYD offer a range of approved accessories. Each accessory will be made available as an "optional extra" when you order your vehicle. If additional accessories become avilable you will be able to add these. Please speak to your BYD Product Specialist prior to delivery of your vehicle about accessories that may be available for your BYD.

The Ultra-safe BYD ATTO 3 has been awarded a 5 Star ANCAP Safety rating by the Australasian New Car Assessment Program. BYD leads the world in New Energy Automotive and now Australian drivers have the added confidence of a 5 Star ANCAP Safety Rating. ANCAP Results for additional BYD models will be made avilable upon completion of testing.

We expect a number of new models to be launched in the Australian market over the next 24 months. Once a model is scheduled for launch in Australia full details will be made available on our website. We do not have a timeline for specific models.

Although we too are excited about new models, we are unable to take orders or deposits until a model is launched via our site.

Moat states and territories in Australia offer incentives and rebates. Some incentives are included in the invoice and others are claimed as rebates after purchase.

The ATTO 3 and Dolphin currently come with V2L capability. V2H and V2G is not currently available. It may be available when ordering future models. Once it is available in a model it will be listed on the Brochure as a feature.
